Shipping/Returns

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Our goal with in-stock work is to package and ship it within 48 hours or receiving your order.

     

    Special orders ship 4-8 weeks after purchase. All products are handmade, and we cannot speed up the process.

  • Will my order arrive safely?

    All ceramic orders are wrapped with corrugated paper products, starch foam sheets or recycled materials. All orders are insured, and you will receive an email with tracking information when your item ships. In case of damage, please contact us immediately. Please submit photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving the shipment. The carrier may want to inspect the damage, so please keep the item(s) in the original packaging. A replacement or refund will be granted only if the damage is documented and Alona Studio is contacted within 7 days of receipt of the damaged package.

  • What is your return policy?

    Ceramics

    Quality and craftsmanship are important to us, and we hope you love your handmade pottery pieces for many years. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your pottery purchase, Alona
    Studio will accept merchandise exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your items. We are glad to offer you the option to exchange the item for an item of
    equal value, excluding all shipping costs. The items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage.

     

    Alpaca Fiber Products

    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

     

    Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs of their purchases and exchanges; these charges are non-refundable. 

     

    Please note: When shipping your item back, we strongly recommend you package the item very carefully, use delivery confirmation, and track your package. Alona Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged exchanges.

  • Customs

    We cannot guarantee you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. This applies only to international and Canadian orders.
